Inspired by Art Club Zoom today, I went back to some of my book pages and just dabbed a bit with acrylic and pen. You buy a stitched hardcover book at the Thrift Store, tear out some pages (so the book doesn't get too fat), glue other pages together to get stiffer pages, and then just go nuts. I'd painted turquoise over this picture page a long time ago, and now just added the white flowers. The pen details don't show very well, so in a second attempt I went over them with marker (below) which made kind of a clunky look. Investment needed: a white gel pen.
